Trouble with your DKC06.3? Call 479-422-0390 for an immediate solution to your Indramat DKC problems.
Indramat’s DKC drives work together with MKD servo motors in a line that Indramat called ECODRIVE because it was their most economical option. The goal was to make automation more affordable for factories and other companies working with applications like handling, packaging, and assembling. The DKC06.3 is a particularly robust option.
The DKC06.3 is the DeviceNet drive, one of 4 fieldbus drives made in the DKC line, and the single most popular fieldbus drive. Designed to work with AB controllers using the DeviceNet remote I/0 specification, the DKC06.3 can use all of the standard operation modes (Velocity, Torque, and Positioning) along with Motion Blocks to give a wide variety of servo control options to PLC controls not necessarily designed for direct servo control.
The DKC06.3 is easily identified by the X60 DeviceNet connector and the H63-H65 diagnostic lights.
So you’re troubleshooting a problem on the line and you find that the problem is a DKC06.3. Now what?
No Indramat component is designed to be repaired on the machine. Instead, the modular design allows you to pull a faulty part off the machine, replace it, and get back to work with minimal downtime.
With a factory repair or reman, your part will return to you like new, ready to get back to work. Or, if you can’t stand the downtime hit, we have these available in emergency exchange stock, drives that have already been through the REMAN program so you don’t have to leave your facility idle while repairs are being done. Call us today for immediate assistance.
